Other work will never appear on this website for the same reason. What we show is the engagement, the scope, and what was delivered. Where an outcome is not documented, we do not claim one.

TERA engaged BriefDesk for two connected pieces of work: the website the outside world would see, and the operating system the staff would use to run the place behind it. Treating them as one engagement is the point. A site that looks credible on a school that cannot process an admission consistently is a promise the organisation cannot keep.

The Kenya Association of Clinical Pathologists appointed BriefDesk to rebuild its website and then keep it current. The second half matters more than the first. Most association websites are not badly designed, they are simply abandoned six weeks after launch, because nobody was given the job of maintaining them. This engagement is contracted so that cannot happen.

Operations work is by nature the work an organisation would rather not advertise. A client asking us to document their processes is telling us those processes were not documented. We treat that as confidential unless they say otherwise, and most say otherwise only once the work is finished and holding.
If you would like references, we will arrange them directly with clients who have agreed to speak, at the point in the conversation where it is actually useful to you.
