Background

Ruth's career spans over a decade in institutional administration, including senior operations and executive support work at Aga Khan University's Network of Quality Teaching and Learning, where she supports operations spanning East Africa, Central Asia and Europe.

That experience, sitting inside the machinery of large institutions rather than observing it from outside, is where the idea of Administrative Intelligence was formed. It is grounded in what actually breaks institutions day to day: undocumented process, fragile handovers, and decisions made faster than they are recorded.

She holds academic credentials spanning business, data science and health sciences, and has led governance and process work including institutional review frameworks and system migrations with measurable efficiency gains.

There's a second side to this that doesn't always show up in a consulting bio: Ruth also builds. Not just the paperwork and the process maps, the actual software. She completed a Machine Learning specialization with a 98% final score, and has since built and shipped real, working tools, not just slideware.

Beyond the Frameworks

She doesn't just design the systems. She builds them.

Most operations consultants stop at the process map and hand it to someone else to build. Ruth doesn't. Here's some of what she's actually shipped, in plain terms.

BiasharaFlow

A live business tool she built from scratch, with real pricing plans people actually pay for. Not a prototype. A working product.

FraudLens

A fraud detection tool she built and tested, that catches suspicious activity with strong, measured accuracy.

Draw Hunter 3000

A prediction model she built for fun and rigor in equal measure. It placed Top 3 at a national data science showcase.

The point isn't the tools themselves. It's this: when Ruth designs a system for your organisation, she understands what's actually possible to build, because she builds things herself. That's rare, and it's the difference between a consultant who hands you a diagram and one who can tell you exactly how to make it real.

Personal Philosophy
"I believe good systems should outlive the person who built them. I design around usability, clean handover and long-term inheritability, so the people who use them can also own them."
